Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum amount of the leasing transaction:

• for Moscow and Moscow Region: from 100 million rubles;
• for other regions of Russia: from 15 million rubles.

2. Lessee’s down payment – from 10% (depending on the amount of the transaction and the type of asset).

3. Duration of the leasing contract:

• for equipment and transport vehicles – up to 5 years;
• for real estate properties, aircraft and sea vessels – up to 10 years;
• for rolling stock – up to 7 years.

4. Title to asset is held by: Lessor, asset is kept on the books of the Lessor.

5. Lessees: corporate entities and individual entrepreneurs.
