List of documents required for consideration of the Application for a leasing transaction*:

         1. Application for a leasing transaction, a document in MS Word
         2. Client questionnaire (company), a document in MS Word
         3. Client questionnaire (individual entrepreneur), a document in MS Word
         4. List of financial documents, a PDF document
         5. List of documents for evaluation of lessee’s legal capacity to contract, a PDF document
         6. List of documents for evaluation of vendor’s legal capacity to contract, a PDF document

* The Applicant hereby confirms and guarantees that all information provided both in the Application and the documents appended thereto is full, true and conforms to actual facts. The Applicant hereby authorizes OJSC VTB Leasing to verify the above-mentioned information with any methods and means accessible to the latter, said verification being performed for the purpose of consideration of arranging financing for the proposed transaction. By applying his/her signature the Applicant hereby confirms that he/she is acquainted with the content of this Application and fully comprehends that this is solely an Application for provision of financing and as such it does not create any contractual obligations regarding the proposed transaction either on behalf of the Applicant or on behalf of OJSC VTB Leasing.
