OJSC "VTB-Leasing" is expanding its presence in regions of the Russian Federation through opening subdivisions on the basis of JSC Bank VTB branches, in the first place, those with a vast customer base and characterized by a high quality of the loan portfolio, or located in large administrative and industrial centers of the country. Additionally, when opening a regional subdivision, the investment potential of the respective Russian Federation subject and leasing projects previously implemented by the Company there (if any) are taken into consideration.

As part of their promotion efforts in CIS countries, OJSC "VTB-Leasing" cooperates closely with VTB Group banks located in respective countries. As a leader in the domain of leasing services in the territory of Russia, OJSC "VTB-Leasing" poses a similar objective for its subsidiaries in the CIS, that is, to join the group of leaders in local leasing services markets.
